"THE TAKING" A PLAY BY RAISEDON BAYA

LETS SUPPORT "THE TAKING"

I would like to take this opportunity to encourage Bulawayo residents to support Bulawayo artistes, especially theatre productions.

A play titled "The Taking" will be showcased at the Bulawayo Theatre on the 27th of February 2015. It is directed by Memory Kumbota.

Writing on his Facebook Page, Raisedon Baya said " "The taking is a fast paced thought provoking historical narrative. It takes you back to the first and third Chimurenga (2000-2008 fast tracked land reform programme). It is a play that that delicately navigates through Zimbabwe's history."



Those who are keen on watching the play, but have no idea where the Byo Theatre is located, it is just after Eveline Girls High School, but before The Museum, along Leopold Takawira
